Belfast Sour
Our Dunville’s Peated Whiskey adds a wisp of smoke to this classic whiskey cocktail.
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Dunville’s Three Crowns Peated Irish Whiskey
- 25ml fresh lemon juice
- 15ml sugar syrup
- 1 egg white
- 25ml dry red wine
- Ice for shaking
DIRECTIONS
- Add Dunville’s Three Crowns Peated Whiskey, lemon juice, sugar syrup and an egg white to a cocktail shaker.
- Dry shake without ice.
- Add ice and shake hard.
- Strain in to an ice filled rocks glass.
- Allow to settle for 30 seconds before gently pouring the red wine over the back of a bar spoon.
