HABITANT​

INGREDIENTS

• 2 oz. Pike Creek ​
• 1 oz. fresh lemon juice​
• 0.5 oz. maple syrup ​
• 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters​
• Garnish: dehydrated lemon wheel or flowers.

DIRECTIONS

• Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake until well-blended for about 5 to 6 seconds
• Fine strain into chilled glass and garnish
