Highlighting the soft and floral tea notes in our Inverroche Verdant, this cocktail is an ode to the colllins cocktail which allows our Gin to be the star with a touch of sweetness on the finish and earthy rosemary on the nose

INGREDIENTS

  • 30ml Inverroche Verdant
  • 15m Freshly squeezed Grapefruit juice
  • 25ml Chamomile tea syrup
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • Splash soda water

DIRECTIONS

  • Add the rosemary sprigs, gin, grapefruit juice and syrup into a shaker filled with ice and give it a good hard shake
  • Fine strain into a tumbler with a solid ice cube and add a slash of soda
  • Give it a gentle stir to ensure its mixed well
