Ginger & The Wulff
INGREDIENTS
- 5 oz lemon juice
- .5 oz lime cordial
- 2 oz Jung and Wulff Barbados
- 2 - 3 oz. ginger beer
- Speared lime wheel + candied ginger
DIRECTIONS
- To an empty shaker tin, add lemon juice, cordial and then rum
- Add cubed ice, then cap shaker
- Vigorously shake for 5-8 seconds
- Add pebble ice to a Collins glass
- Use a Hawthorne strainer to pour contents into glass
- Top up the cocktail with ginger beer
- Stir gently and place garnish over rim
- Serve
