Drinking Alone by Moonlight

Created at Chili in Midtown Manhattan, Drinking Alone by Moonlight is named after the poem by China’s most celebrated poet and drinker, Li Bai. A deceptively simple and outrageously drinkable sour.

INGREDIENTS

• 2oz Ming River
• 3/4oz Lemon juice
• 3/4oz Coconut syrup

DIRECTIONS

• Shake and strain
• Serve on the rocks with a dried tangerine garnish
