The Clover Club

A Marie Brizard twist on a classic, The Clover Club is a gin cocktail featuring tart lemon and bright raspberry.

INGREDIENTS

• 0.5oz Marie Brizard Raspberry Liqueur
• 2.0oz Gin
• 0.5oz Lemon Juice
• 1 Egg White

DIRECTIONS

• Add Egg white to tin (doing this first ensures that you won’t waste any spirit if the yolk happens to break in the tin as well).
• Add other ingredients to tin and dry shake.
• Add ice to tin and shake again.
• Strain into chilled coupe glass.
• Garnish with three raspberries on a garish pick.
