INGREDIENTS

• 1oz Kaiyo Mizunara
• ¾ oz Dubonnet Rose
• ½ oz Aged Cachaca
• ½ oz Cynar
• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

DIRECTIONS

• Add all ingredients to mixing glass with ice and stir.
• Strain into a Coupe.
• Garnish with Yuzu Zest
