  • 2oz Kelt Cognac VSOP
  • .5oz LeVerger Orchard Liqueur
  • .25oz Cointreau
  • .5oz Dry Vermouth
  • 2 Dash Rhubarb Bitters
  • 1 Dash Peychaud’s
  • 3oz Club Soda
  • Apple Slice (Garnish)

DIRECTIONS

  • Combine All Ingredients
  • Shake
  • Serve Highball
  • Add Ice
  • Finish 3oz Club Soda
  • Garnish with Apple Slice
