Sweet grapefruit and aromatic notes on the nose, sweet nutty notes of rooibos on the palate and lively biscuit on the finis

INGREDIENTS

  • 25ml Inverroche Amber
  • 10ml Rooibos Syrup
  • 20ml Freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
  • Topped with a brut sparkling wine

DIRECTIONS

  • Shake and fine strain the gin, grapefruit juice and syrup into the coup
  • Top with dry/brut sparkling wine
