- 10ml Rooibos Syrup
- 20ml Freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- Topped with a brut sparkling wine
DIRECTIONS
- Shake and fine strain the gin, grapefruit juice and syrup into the coup
- Top with dry/brut sparkling wine
