INGREDIENTS

• 50ml Dunville’s Three Crowns 
• 25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
• 15ml Simple Syrup 
• 50ml Premium Soda Water
• Ice for shaking
• Lemon wheel

DIRECTIONS

• Add Dunville’s Three Crowns Whiskey, lemon juice and sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker with two ice cubes.
• Shake hard until the ice cubes have dissolved.
• Pour into an ice filled highball glass.
• Top with premium soda water.
• Gently mix and garnish with lemon wheel.
