INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

  • To an empty shaker tin, add lemon juice, cordial and then rum
  • Add cubed ice, then cap shaker
  • Vigorously shake for 5-8 seconds
  • Add pebble ice to a Collins glass
  • Use a Hawthorne strainer to pour contents into glass
  • Top up the cocktail with ginger beer
  • Stir gently and place garnish over rim
  • Serve
