INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 oz Saint James Blanc
- .5 oz Saint James Cane Syrup
- Sparkling water
- lime
DIRECTIONS
- In a tall glass with ice, add rhum and sugarcane syrup.
- Press a large wedge of lime into glass.
- Top with sparkling water and garnish with another lime wedge.
