Jalisco Old Fashioned

An Old Fashioned is a style of cocktail. In celebration of Tromba’s home state, Jalisco, try this Tequila spin and enjoy every element of a properly balanced vibrant cocktail

INGREDIENTS

• 2 oz Tequila Tromba añejo
• ½ oz pineapple syrup
• orange bitters
• Angostura bitters

DIRECTIONS

• Add ingredients into a cocktail yarai with ice, stir down until well diluted.
• Strain into an old fashioned glass over a big cube.
• Garnish with pineapple fronds
