Old Fashioned 1808

Tradition with a twist, this classic whiskey cocktail is strong and slightly sweet. A great way to enjoy Dunville’s 1808.

INGREDIENTS

• 50ml Dunville’s 1808 Irish Whiskey
• 5ml Demerara sugar syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 2 dashes chocolate bitters
• Orange oils
• Orange peel
• Ice

DIRECTIONS

• Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
• Fill with ice and stir until chilled and diluted.
• Strain into an ice filled rocks glass.
• Top with orange oils and garnish with orange peel.
