Highlighting the soft and floral tea notes in our Inverroche Verdant, this cocktail is an ode to the colllins cocktail which allows our Gin to be the star with a touch of sweetness on the finish and earthy rosemary on the nose
INGREDIENTS
- 30ml Inverroche Verdant
- 15m Freshly squeezed Grapefruit juice
- 25ml Chamomile tea syrup
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- Splash soda water
DIRECTIONS
- Add the rosemary sprigs, gin, grapefruit juice and syrup into a shaker filled with ice and give it a good hard shake
- Fine strain into a tumbler with a solid ice cube and add a slash of soda
- Give it a gentle stir to ensure its mixed well
