Sorghum Sling

Robert Lam-Burns’ take on the Singapore classic pays homage to Ming River’s primary ingredient in spirit and shade. With its distinct pineapple notes, Ming River is perfectly suited to tiki-style cocktails.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1oz Dry Gin
  • 0.5oz Ming River
  • 0.5oz Cherry Heering
  • 0.25oz Frangelico
  • 0.75oz Hawthorn berry syrup
  • 0.75oz Pineapple juice
  • 0.5oz Lime juice
  • Splash soda

DIRECTIONS

  • Shake everything but the soda
  • Strain over pebbled ice
  • Add splash of soda
  • Garnish with mint
