Stilbaai Negroni

This South African twist on a classic Negroni showcases the unique flavour profile of our Inverroche Amber gin, enhancing the aromatic notes of this perfectly herbal and bitter cocktail with a nutty fruity sweetness on the finish

INGREDIENTS

• 35ml Inverroche Amber
• 25ml Bitter Aperitif
• 25ml sweet vermouth
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 orange zest

DIRECTIONS

• Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice along with the orange zest that is squeezed and dropped in too
• Give it a good long stir until perfectly diluted
• Serve in a tumble with an ice sphere
